GRIDD’s research in the
domain
of integration, collaboration and lean construction aims to improve performance and increase the value generated by the built assets industry by ensuring, in particular, that stakeholders are aligned in terms of objectives, incentives and requirements, and that communication between them is improved.


GRIDD researchers also aim to equip individuals working on project teams to stabilize work and material flows, reduce variability in project execution, optimize project components and, ultimately, eliminate waste.
