Legislative, regulatory and contractual aspects set the context for reform of the built assets industry. Establishing the right context is one of the key elements of digital transformation. Research topics addressed by GRIDD in this field include contractual aspects, as well as the development of policies and regulations supporting the implementation of BIM and collaborative and relational realization approaches.
