Governance of public projects in RPI mode

Abstract

This project aims to improve the governance of projects in integrated delivery mode, which involves the coordination and integration of multiple teams, processes and stakeholders to effectively achieve project objectives. Governance is crucial to project success by establishing decision-making frameworks, clear responsibilities and transparent communication between all parties involved. Research in this area will help identify best practices for successfully managing a major, complex and integrated project in the Quebec context.

Project contributions

This research project aims to play a crucial role in facilitating coordination and collaboration between the stakeholders involved in the project, while improving overall integrated project management practices in construction and engineering.
